At DIP Shop, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, please follow our return and refund policy:

1. Shipping Timeline

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. We regret that we cannot process refunds or exchanges after 7 days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, plants).
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Opened or used products.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 days after the returned product is received.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us with proof of the issue.
